At checkout you'll receive our Queen May account details for your region. Make the bank transfer, upload your receipt on the order page, and our client care team will confirm your payment in chat.

Every complexion product lists its shade and finish, and our swatch imagery is photographed on real skin across the full range. If you're unsure, message client care with a photo in daylight and we'll match you.

Why can't I see a product I saw before?

Inventory is held per country. If a product isn't stocked in your selected region it won't appear. Switch regions to check availability elsewhere.

Can I book a service at the QM Beauty Hub?

Yes. Visit the QM Beauty Hub page and send a booking request with your preferred service and date. Client care will confirm your appointment.
