Terms of service

An order is a request to purchase. It is accepted once we confirm your payment. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing or verification issues arise, and will refund any payment in full.

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region and include applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but never after your order is confirmed.

Orders are paid by bank transfer to the Queen May account shown at checkout. Please quote your order number as the transfer reference and upload your receipt so we can confirm quickly.

We photograph products on real skin and describe them as accurately as possible. Minor variation in colour rendering between screens is normal.

Always patch test cosmetics and skincare. Queen May Global is not liable for reactions to products used contrary to instructions.
